As a 4th-generation builder and the founder/owner of Suncraft Construction, Curtis brings a lifetime of expertise and a personal commitment to every project. His approachable nature and meticulous attention to detail have earned him a reputation for construction excellence in the Cowichan Valley.

Alicia Koch

Lead Designer

Alicia is the Lead Designer at Square One Design (sister company to Suncraft Construction) and works closely with clients for the best final design.

Ali Strong

Interior Designer

Ali is an experienced interior and exterior designer based in Cowichan Bay. She contributes to all of our project designs and works with clients to finalize their design selections. Inspired by the West Coast, Ali blends modern aesthetics with timeless design principles to create stunning, functional spaces. She brings joy and creativity to every project, ensuring client satisfaction and beautiful, practical results.

Curtis works closely with our team of professionals and clients to coordinate everyone's efforts, producing winning designs every time. Each design undergoes multiple critical reviews, incorporating the latest quality innovations and current Municipal and Building Code requirements.

Our construction team is comprised of only the finest local contractors and suppliers, all sharing our commitment to quality that surpasses many in the field today.
